the only year with stripes(factory)in the liscence plate area were the '96 b/w. i think this was stopped due the it complicating the build and fit and finish(stripes on body lining up with the upper and lower areas), and cost

Just ordered a new SRT-10 today frm Bill @ Woodhouse. It will be Red with White Stripes and the stripes will fill the licence plate area.
