Structural Adhesive Material?

It seems that there are three types of glue type bonding materials used in the Viper. There is a transparent green glue called Structural Adhesive which is referred to in the manual as two-part polyurethane adhesive, then there is the black bonding goop, called sealant in the manual, then there is another black goop that holds the high temp insulator pads inside the side sills.

Do any of you know what these materials are, and where I can get them outside of the Dodge dealer parts dept?

I've got my car all apart for painting and need the glue to get it back together.

I read your post and am a little confused, what parts did you take off that were "adhered" as part of a repaint? The adhesive is used on the sport cap (ot top on the GTS) and the door sills, neither which would need to come off for a complete repaint.

The sealant used (for the windshield surround) is:

Dow 3-0100 Automotive Sealant

The "Adhesive" is a two part adhesive:

Part 1: Pliogrip 6600
Part 2: Pliogrip 6611

and the manufacturer:

Jay,

Like your car, mine needed some work, and I replaced the rear tub, which is what I need the structural adhesive for.
It is the same green glue that holds the plastic onto the windshield frame.

But I also pulled off the side sill covers for painting and need the black high temp adhesive that bonds the exhaust insulators to the side sills.

Thanks for the info.
