Yesterday, I got an interesting phone call from a SRT Viper Specialist. Some times we wonder if our comments go unnoticed on those
quirky questionaires they send us from time time to time, I can assure you they don't. On mine I gave my number thinking that it was more
formality and that no one would probably ever call to ask me my thoughts on Viper. The specialist asked me for a few minutes of my time
to pick my brain, I agreed. She started with1. After driving your car what are your thoughts and can we do anything differently. I was really
Shocked. I told her that my search for the car I bought started with ebay and that Srt should consider making Vipers linkable on the srt
website. Its not that easy to find specific cars with specific options unless you snoop around. Then I told her the SrtTrack experiences
need to have a Viper in them. Lastly, I told her that buying a Viper was a dream come true and that it's just so much da** fun. I also told her that I had heard the rumor they may quit making them and I hope that wasn't true. Before we got off the phone, I told her that the people
who put their best efforts into producing these cars should know how very appreciated they are. She said that, That was wonderful and
Thanked me for my time.

I don't really know. Its the first and only time it's ever happened to me. I'm not sure if it's something random or a new effort on their part to find out what peoples
thoughts are. She was very nice. I filled ot the customer survey they sent after my purchase. One of the things I did mention to her was that the dealer we bought
From, actually had an SRT specialist that assisted us and how great it was. I told her that I had actually been to Dodge dealerships where the didn't know what
SRT was and couldn't tell you a thing about them. I have actually been to a dealer to ask questions and been handed a book by a salesman who said I have no clue
Here read for yourself. Needless to say I left. I can tell you any questionaire I get from now on I will be giving my full attention to.

You should have posted this in the GenV section. Would be interesting to know how many new owners get those types of phone calls.

Hmm... I bought my Viper new, no phone call.
Have bought other new cars as well........no phone call.

Bought a 2011 Corvette new, and I did get a phone call with that one. Told them I liked everything about the car, except the seats were kind of lame.
-kept it a few years, then traded for an '09 Z06. ................seats are still kind of lame, but at least the car isn't.
