you mean the x3 blues in a line ?

camera on a tripod, then take x3 pics on different settings and overlay them to create one pic, this way you get moody skies and not many shadows around the cars, pic was taken by Graham who owns A8 VPR ive asked him to forward it on

Great photo's and very nice cars. What's the general reaction to these "gas eating" American cars over there? Is the reaction on the street totaly different from the "everything has to be green" press?

Hi Stretch, thanks for the compliments. I really like the photo too! You are welcome to use it as a desktop wallpaper - all I ask is that you do not distribute the image, if anyone else wants it, point them here. I've made up a couple of sizes for you below:

Desktop image 1920 x 1200:

yes your right Dean, the hinge/bracket is hidden behind the number plate, it uses the US pre-pressed plate holes to attach to the trunk, and flips out 90 degrees from the top

the whole week was based around 'The Peak District' not really any cities (we avoid those) but a country'fied area about 4 hours north of London, fairly close to Sherwood Forest of robin hood fame

Chuck: Mich and Suzy superbly organises this run its their local roads not far from where they live, it was our 4th annual visit. Mich rides his blackbird around those narrow lanes, its a bikers heaven, some of it had freshly laid tarmac almost track like :)

Viper Larry captured the route on his Nokia GPS phone, which was then overlaid on google earth to show the image below
