Mileage varies depending on driving habits. While 12-15K mileage is not ridiculously low, you can do considerably better. I got 32,000 miles out of my original set of Pilot MXX3's. (Lots of highway and cruising miles.) The day after I put on the new set of tires, I went to Joe Houss' Viper Rendezvous and did darn close to 50 aggressive passes in two days on their autocross course. Needless to say, that set of tires won't last 32K miles!
