I have seen guys mount amplifiers to the back wall in the trunk? Whats behind there that they are screwing the amp too? I mounted mine on the floor of the trunk because I didn't know what was there? I would like to relocate it to that wall if it's safe enough? Appreciate the info guys!:1up:

Should I heat the screws up so that I get a good seal when they enter into the tank?:lmao:

Seriously though I thought the tank sits back there and if so how are people mounting amps Etc. to that back panel?

I went through the trunk wall to mount my motons. No problems but I was very careful. I used a drill bit slowly to get through the trunk and once cleared i checked what was behind it. I used a body nut to connect the bracket.

How far did you go? 1/4" 1/2"? Just a rough guess? Since you went through I assum the tank isn't directly against that back wall?
