Get in touch with SVS (Super Viper Systems) they have built and tested one, nice paint job on it too! (Contact for them can be found on VCA web page list of contacts, they have a good web site.) There was a twin turbo RT10 done in the UK, it was over 800 bhp, and guess would cost in the region of $50k.
