I joined VCA on March 3rd through Paypal. How long does it usually take to process the order and receive the membership package?

Usually it take about 6 weeks but call 1-800-998-1110 and check as they may have your membership number so you can get upgraded here on the boards now.
Send a PM to one of the moderators when you get it and they can get you rolling.

Remember they are on Detroit time.
