How do you join the VCA?

Click on the Membership menu at the top of this screen and choose Application. You can either mail it in to Viper HQ or phone it in. To join the VCA, you must own a Viper (you'll need your VIN to register).
Look at the top of the page, see that red bar with all those goodies?
Like Home, Membership, Forums, Classifieds, Events, etc, etc, etc. Most have drop downs with even MORE cool stuff
Now USE that mouse!!!!

Is the membership actually good for both 03, and 04? Just verifying,as I thought that started on Oct. 1st, and that would be great if it actually is from Sept. 1st on - appreciate your help!
