VEC2 with bolt on mods, is there anymore HP to gain?

Gen2 GTS with headers, cat back, cat converter delete, S&B filters, smooth tubes, T&D 1.7 Roller rockers, upgraded plugs and wires.

could I get more HP out of motor by using the vec2 to tune, or is it mostly for highly modified engine packages?
