Viper rear ends??????

I was told most all vipers have some degree of whine. However, my '99 was above the norm so I had the stock gears replaced with 3:55's. The new gears are quiet, better acceleration off the line and more functional in 5th and 6th gears.

Yes, kind of. More noticable in GTS.

Wow, lots of "stinky stuff"... the Red line already has the additive in it.... so you have a triple dose! I ran the red line in my '93's rear, it noticeably reduced the whine. DON'T use red line in your tranny though.
