What\'s the best header for a 2000 and is smog legal?

I did the search and couldn't find the answer for a 2000 model.Are Belanger's the ones. I don't want the header's to set codes for the computer and I'd like to stay smog legal. I'll be connecting the header's to my 3" RT high flow cat's and Corsa 3" exhaust system.

Don't know about the "smog legal" part, but do know that Belanger headers seem to come highly recommended for ALL model years. Your challenge will be that the 2000+ cars do not benefit NEARLY as much from headers as previous model years. That's not to say they don't pick up some power, because they do. However, if you are only picking up 20 horsepower or so you might want to consider a cheaper upgrade such as a rear gear change (which most say is the best bang for the buck after smooth tubes and filters). Of course, that is just me - a notorious cheapskate!
