will 19\" rims throw off the MPH??

with the 19" rims, do you have to somehow reset the speedo gauge, so the MPH is right on??

Depends on overall wheel/tire diameter. If the combo is the same, then no.
My 19's are about 3/4 inch taller than the stock 17's when mounted on their respective tires. Much less sidewall on larger wheel sizes.

Those are Forgeline VR1's. Specifically made for Gen I and II vipers.
Call JonB at partsrack, or check out partsrack.com for the deal.
forgeline.com has more info on the wheels. They have the same look as SRT-10 wheels, but they are not flush. They have a nice deep lip on 'em.

A 345/30/19 actually has slightly more sidewall than a 335/30/18, and the 19" rear tire is closer to an inch and a half taller than the 18.
