Window trim falling apart. Replacment help needed

So the cheap plastic inside top of the door pannel is falling apart. It seems to be just a strip of plastic that likes to split. Is there a replacement for this part? I have attached a few photos.

One of mine seperated too, I careful glued it together but not to the car.
I'm told you have to buy an entire new door panel to replace it.

Home depot trim then. Those door pannels are way to damn expensive. Custom something else might work
