    Cat delete questions

    I also have a 96 and did cat delete as well as rear muffler delete but did keep resonators. It wasn't enough for me to just do the cats, but with rear ****. delete it was just right. straight welded pipes for both deletes.

    I also did the same. great sound and cant beat the $. Also welded straight pipes in place of cats.

    broken exhaust manifold bolt?

    While trying to fix exhaust leak (manifold bolts were backing out) I manage to break one of the bolts completely off. One half in my hand and the other lodged into the manifold and head?? [******]? I torqued to correct specs and on the next to the last bolt it snapped. Any ideas what to do?? Thanks

    Chuck T helped me out. Dodge replaced the sills for free under warranty. even had them painted as well. Check with Chuck
