How Many Built?

I think there have been a total of 6702 GTS built from 1996 to end of production in 2002. Wanted to compare how many vette coupes were built for the same period (obviously includes C5s and C6s) but cannot find any info.

I think that would include c4's and c5's. C5's were made from 97 to 04... I think. Don't they pump out like 35-40 000 vettes a year?

I was thinking 40k/year as well. Yes, you are correct. C4's were 84-96. C5's were 97-04.

went to rogerscorvette site as suggested...comparing coupes to coupes...looks like (if math is correct) 112,781 corvette coupes were produced during the GTS run. Redid the math on the GTS...it went up to 7332.

So about 1 GTS for every 15 corvette coupes

(was just taking a break from work, thought it would be fun to compare...oh well back to work. Someone else needs to check my math...my mind is on cervical disc disease and herniated nucleus pulposus...my math cannot be trusted)

Since long time, i try to find out how many CHRYSLER Viper GTS were built (especially in 1997 like mine).

They have a different VIN than Dodges which starts with "1C".

How can i find out?
