    thinking about using redline oil

    I use Red Line in my Differential and powersteering. I use Red Line gear oil in my Harley. I can actually feel the difference when I shift. I don't think you can go wrong with Red Line.

    I have Sean Roe's preluber. 21 P.S.I. of oil pressure before even hitting the starter. No damage to the engine at all with a cold start.

    The clay bar works great. As mentioned earlier, you wouldn't believe how much smoother the paint feels after using it! Don't forget to use a lubricant on it though.

    Bought mine in Florida. Live in Texas. Paid Florida sales tax and then paid the difference in Texas. The difference between Florida and Texas is 1/8th of a percent. From what I understand, most states are reciprocal like that.

    Corsa vs. Borla

    Hey Graphite GTS, I'll be @ PaPa's BBQ tonight. I have Borlas on mine. If you want to hear it from the inside we can go around the block and you can see for yourself. I've heard nothing but good things about the Corsas but I am perfectly happy with the Borlas. My liscence plate is my user name.

    Another question for the oil gurus.

    If Red Line gear oil is installed in the differential, do I still need to put in the limited slip additive? I understand that it already has it. Would more not be better? Or is it overkill.

    I finally bought the pre-luber from Sean Roe. After reading the threads on the subject, it seems that the best place for it is where the window washer is(was). Anybody out there know of a better place for it or do I lose my window washer?

    K-N air filter

    I just pulled the K-N filter from my Ford Explorer this morning after 3 1/2 years and 40,000 miles. The filter was completely covered with dirt.
