    Dead Battery 2003

    Stored 2003 for winter. Go to garage and doors locked and cannot even jump start it . Super dead battery. Will replace it next week. What size hex or star driver to get battery panel off in trunk ?? :crazy2:

    Update mil codes

    Hooked up OBD II scanner and it read PO155,which is O2 sensor heater circuit malfunction Bank 2, sensor#1. I reset the ECU and it has not come back on. Could bad gas or short have tripped the computer?? Car (2003 SRT with 20K miles). If sensor goes bad,is this an expensive repair ?? John:omg:

    Malfunction Indicator light ON ????

    This is the dash icon shaped like an engine. Manual says problem with emissions or loose gas cap. I checked gas cap and is fine. Has anyone had this problem ??? Car has not been driven for 3-4 weeks,so took it for 20 minute ride and light remains on. John

    LOW OIL

    Have a 2003 Gen3. Has 20,000 miles,light duty,no racing,strictly summer cruiser. After 20 minute drive decided to check oil and found down a quart.     Viper Decal

    I found nice V10 chrome lettering that I stuck on right trunk lid, looks nice. Want the SRT lettering for left side of trunk lid. Does anyone know where I can find this ? John

    Lowering rear end

    Every time I look at any Viper I wonder why there is such a large space between the rear tires and body. Most high end coupes have rear fender flares located tight over rims. Is it a big job/expensive to drop the suspension so it will look correct??? John

    Differential Lube

    My 2003 srt-10 has 19,000 easy miles. Never tracked. Differential is flawless,no binding,no noise. I spoke to a Dodge repair tech and he said , "If it runs great, leave it alone,don't screw with it". Manual says change lube at 22,500 miles. I wonder if this is to protect Dodge from a liability...

    Just bought a 2003 Viper with 17,000 miles. Looked at oil pressure guage and reads 80 psi. Is that pretty normal range for this motor? I am more familiar with small block fords. My stroked 347 ran approx 50 psi and many ran 35-40 psi hot. John
