I found a set of used SSR 18inch wheels. For my GTS. And here is the recc. tire sizes for these wheels:

fr: 275/35/18

re: 335/30/18
wheel spec: 18X11 front 18X13 rear

I want to get Pilot Sport Cup tires for these wheels. And the tire rack does not have the exact size listed up above. Does anyone here know if a 265/35/18 will work for the front And a 295/30/18 will work for the rear? Thanks for your help.

You may be able to use the 295 on the front but I would not do the other. You could use the Hoosier R6 tires since they are the correct sizes.

Thanks for the response MJ. Its fustrating because I want some DOT R tires that I can drive from home to the track, vice versa. Even looking at the V700s. I found the correct size for the rears. But no luck for the fronts.:(

Same setup as MacMan, SSR's with V700's, 305's in front. They are darty at that width on the street, and they are crap in any wet, but great on the track.

NO WAY !!! the 265 flat out wont fit 11" wide F, and the 295 spread to 13R" will PROBABLY not fit, and will look stupid, and sacrifice traction. NO WAY!!

Buy the Kumhos: 305F 335R. PartsRack will save you $$ below the store you mentioned, and offer same $ shipping, heat cycle option, same product, PAY LESS.

We can also do TOYO but they are about $200 more per set....

Jon are there different sized SSR front wheels? I ask as when I bought a set from you I had the 295 front and 345 rear installed (Pilot Sport Cups). That was the recommended tire size for the wheels then. I am a little confused. I do not think size is the factor.

I thought the V700's were discontinued as well, and for a long time, they weren't available any more at tire rack for example. However, today they seem well stocked so I dunno, maybe Kumho decided not to kill them.

Suits me. I love the V700's for the street and autocross, and you can't beat the price, especially from JonB. ;) I've got to order another set very soon.

Lots of answers:

PartsRack has new, stickered, 18" sets of Kumho V700 or V710 with or without heat cycle. Lowest prices anywhere.... V700 is a GREAT TIRE, for street or track. (17" discon, 1 set remains.)

The SPORT CUPS in 18" are now discontinued in rear Viper sizes, but Available 18F-19R OE SRT sizes. In fact, PartsRack has rear 19" sport cups in stock at $499 each. {Big-box store $583}

SSRs are not discontinued! 18" SSRs are on BACK ORDER. Japan production delays, and due in ~November 08. SSRs for VIPER are only made in 18x11 and 18x13. SUPER-LIGHT! Big-Caliper clearance fits 92-08. (SSRs are made for lots of SOB cars as well.) Only $2499/set of 4, with caps and lugs. $500 deposit locks price, (going UP due to USD) and gets you 1st shipment. Can mount V-700 or PS2 or Hoosier tires on em, too..........

'Used' Wheels, like New: BBS-LM. 2pc. 18x11 18x13. THIS IS THE BBS WHEEL DODGE SHOULD HAVE USED ON 99-02 ACR !! Catalogue photo set of wheels, with new, newly-mounted Kumho V-700 rubber. Polished lip and rim, silver ACR spokes. One set only $3695 + sh. THIS IS A GREAT DEAL ! If you own a 99-02 ACR, park your OEM wheels for posterity and run these beauties.

I can email you a BBS-LM photo, but cannot get it to post here. THANKS for ASKING
