1996 GTS Drivers Side Door Panel Issues

Wondering if anyone has a drivers side door panel in good condition or has a DIY fix for the plastic portion that connects to the door edge that keeps it from popping off. The plastic piece is broken and the screw doesnt stay in.

1.5 steps above a kit car. Is what it is. My previous ride was a '93 Viper. I was really happy to have glass windows that went up and down with the press of a switch.
