If anyone has a 2008-2010 manual, can you shoot me over the torque spec for:

-Thermostat Housing
-Throttle Bodies
-Rear Main Seal Cover
-Intake Manifold Top/Bottom
-Intake Manifold to Head
-Valve Cover
-Coils to Valve Cover

Thanks in advance! I suspect they will be mostly the same. I have a spec, but I suspect it may be wrong... just looking for confirmation.

hmmm... no one? I am twiddling my thumbs over here until I can confirm this one :/

I am guessing the grade 9.8 bolts & Torx are one torque, and the "no grade" bolts are another...

You stay up too late!!! :)

I have the 2008 and 2009 CD's...can look up the info for you late this AM. It pays to check both CD's as I have found a few errors here and there on the 08 version.

Dan,

Here's what the service manual lists:

-Thermostat Housing = 8 N-m
-Throttle Bodies = 11 N-m
-Rear Main Seal Cover = 12 N-m pan to cover, 11 N-m cover to block
-Intake Manifold Top/Bottom = 12 N-m
-Intake Manifold to Head = 13 N-m
-Valve Cover = 11 N-m
-Coils to Valve Cover = 5 N-m

Hope this helps!

Haha, thanks guys!

Man... What in the world was Dodge thinking on this engine? Did they REALLY need to use 17 different grade bolts of the same size with torque specs all over the place?

Eesh...
