2009 rear in a GenII?

I searched. Couldn't find the answer. Will a 2009 pumpkin bolt into a GenII?

Maybe, with some modifications. They are quite a bit different looking to me.(the way they mount) Probably will have to use some 'Monster Garage' tactics to install it. ......Not a direct bolt-in, but a cut and weld and fabricate type of deal.

Given the potential isues involved, why not go with a quaiffe in the stock housing?

The other issue that would need to be addressed are the axles. The Gen 2 and Gen 4 are completely different.
