Your best bet is to drive gently (drive avoiding the engine knock, if there is any) and at half empty, fill with premium. The octane requirement is 91, so a 50-50 mix should be around right.
Siphon out about 10 gallons, add octane booster, fill with 94 octane. I would not drive on 87 octane fuel. If you have the luxury, drain the entire tank.

Tom is right -- you'll be fine with the 87 octane as long as you take it easy on the RPM's. Forget about the octane boosters, they can do more harm than good.
I've read in my 2000 owners manual that octane boosters usually contain methonal, which they say is a no-no for certain fuel system parts in the car. Might want to watch out.
