Anyone Know What Rear Valance This is?

I just purchased a 98 GTS Viper with a Venom 500 package. It has an aftermarket rear valance with a [******] decal. I'm not aware that [******] ever made rear valances, but would like to know who did produce it. I'm considering placing the stock piece back on as I'm unsure whether I care for this piece. Having some idea of who made it and whether it is a quality piece (for example by [******]) versus aftermarket crap, would be helpful to know.

I've attached a picture of the rear valance below. Anyone recongnize or know who the manufacturer of this product is? Thanks in advance for any assistance with this.

It's part of the Venom Aero Kit. It's the rear bumper. JH quoted me 2500 for it last year although it is listed for something like 3500 on the website. 2500 is still cheaper than the stock bumper as far as I know.

Well I just had the car inspected today and finalized the purchase. Due to the poor quality pictures and the car being black, I didn't notice that the car has the entire Henesy kit on it. It may not be feasible to remove the entire package, but will make the assessment when I receive the car in a day or two. If anyone would consider an entire swap of stock parts for the henesy kit, let me know as I may consider it...
