Bat\'s Painted Interior panels, rear diffusor and fuel door PICS!

Had my interior dash panels painted Blue to match the exterior, also had my lower rear diffuser painted matte black, and my fuel lid door powdercoated Gunmetal to tie in with my wheels :) . Next up, Stripes ;) .

Looks good. Have done all of the above to my '06 Bumblebee as well. How about Gunmetal for your emblem color as well?

If I can find a set I'd like to do just that. How did you go about doing your emblems?

Bat...my car is trimmed in black...so I just ordered a set of black emblems. On previous Vipers where I could not get the color emblems I needed....I ordered a set of a light color and painted them prior to installing.

I have done the same trim pieces as you, except black. Wheels, gas cover, dash panel... The interior piece was painted yellow on mine however. :)

Nice looks mean!

Did you paint the interior panels yourself?

Really like the changes. Looks great

Would like to see the viper in person, believe it would look even greater.

I do like the dash color-I thought about having the dash painted blue but went with silver to pick up the silver stripes.

Your rear diffusor area that you have painted black-was it painted blue by the dealer??

The back looks way better like that...I might have to do mine. Try photo shopping those calipers too match also. Gotta do the emblems.

Only thing I'm not sure I like is the blue dash....too much blue for me...but that's just me.

Good job Bat.

striped coupes come with the rear difusser painted black, non striped coupes come painted from the factory the same color as the car.

Thanks for info

I like the blue dash pieces ,it gives some contrast. Since the viper will soon have stripes with near the same color as wheels--Just wondering how the dash pieces in carbon fiber would look???

I'm gonna add the silver ring trim pieces from JohnB for the guages. I think it will be a nice touch. No cf pieces for me only because I think it would get lost with the black dash.

The rings would look nice. I ordered the silver radio and ac knobs, they look ok on the black background. Didnt order the trim rings, like you say would get lost on silver back ground.

Like jon a parts rack said(I believe he has a blue viper) I needed a little contrast and the silver dash pieces , since I had silver stripes, would be the way to go. He said without it when I opened the car door it may to me, be like looking into a black hole.

I have seen a cf dash in person-it is sharp, kinda race looking, but for your application and color of Viper blue is the best.
