Bearing or transmission noise

I just took delivery of my 96 GTS today .When coming to a slow stop , you can hear a crunch ,crunch, crunch noise from 25 mph to a stop.You can feel it slightly in the shifter every time it makes the noise.Im going to put it on a lift tommorow & duplicte it up in the air & listen underneath for noises.Anybody got any ideas to what it might be?(I've got a 90 day warranty)
