I was at CAAP the first week of November and there were NO completed black cars there at that time....the first black Vipers were coming down the line that day...it was about Nov 4-5...what ever that Monday was.....there had been no Vipers shipped at that time, about 65 red ones were there but no black or silver....there was a silver test car in the parking lot but none inside....my guess, the vin# was given a production date, but due to delays it was just held in place like the rest of the cars...I think they were down for about five weeks in Sept/Oct...just a guess....I do know there were no assembled black Vipers ANYWHERE in the plant when I was there....I was there all day, and everywhere there were cars....I visited my red SRT there that day, #121....hope this helps...........
