The exact outside foundation size is 28 x 26.5". (742 sq feet)
Had to stay under 750 sq feet maximum size town allowed. With 2 x 6" walls I lost a foot off the width and depth.
The ceiling is wide open with side mounted garage door closers so it is quite big and airy inside (15' ceiling max town allowed)
The doors are 10' wide x 8' tall.
What ever happen to private property rights 
Our HOA has 2 rules, you cannot have more than 2 out buildings (in addition to home), and you can't house any swine on the property ... that's it, and that's the way I like it. Property values seem to be holding at 200-700k. My shed in the back yard has a 26' W x 50' L foot print, and one day I hope to remodel it to be as nice as yours
