Sweet!

Well I suspect the answer is soon...very soon!

There is a 3-4 month lead time from test to newstand .The owner (if applicable ) of any car tested is also REQUIRED to sign a certificate that no info on the test will be revealed (written ,**** or E-Mail )before issue hits the newstand

I realize that. I also figured that if autoweek is releasing articles with suspected lightning lap cars in the background, then C&D will probably also release it in the next 2-3 months (which is pretty soon to me). Assuming thats what those cars were...

just saw in the newest C&D that it will be in the October issue. Apparently the Z28 outruns the Z51 C7.....

Its the best kept secret on the internet. You can't find any info on the 2014 Lightning Lap anywhere.

Interesting. That's not a surprise with those sticky tires the Z28 has. Cant wait to see how the TA did.

Delay worked for the P1 and then La Ferrari. The poor old 918 was always going to be slowest showing its hand first.

Are you saying the P1, La Fer and 918 are also being tested at the LL at VIR? I havent really looked into all the cars that will be featured. This was going to be my first magazine purchase in about 9-ish years anyway because of the TA. This would make it even better.

No not at all, I was just saying that sometimes a delay in finding out the official news sometimes works out well for the ones that are last to go public, and gave that as an example
