Clutch conversion kit sigle plate to double plate

Hello there does anybody know if there is a conversion kit to the new double plate clutch for a 2004. At the VOI 10 I we drove the 2008 models and the new clutch in those cars engaged a lot better than the old sigle plate one, without beeing harder to press down. Thans for your replay
