Clutch Inspection Cover

Working on the car today and found that the top two mounting holes on the Clutch Inspection cover had broken away. All pieces and bolts still attached. There's no stress on this part so why would it break apart?

I have seen this on many Vipers! It is from vibrations! The cover does NOT have enough mounting bolts holding it on!!
