Just saw a FORD GTX1(1st one sold to public like the SHELBY GT500 yesterday) that will go on auction at the Barrett-Jackson in West Palm Beach in April. ******* and 650HP! I think the SRT is definately now in 3rd place and will only be in 2nd place when and if the Gen IV appears with only 600 HP.

saw that too. liked the ferrari and porsche kill stickers on the left front quarter fender. like an old world war II P-51 fighter with the **** kill stickers on the fuselage. i still think 30 years from now that the 100 heritage edition ford GT's will be worth more than 38 GTX1's bein built.

speaking of porsche's. that porsche 917 race car they had in the west wing was sic. car was only like 36 inches high at the most at the top of the roof

the gt is 44 inches high and the original GT-40's were 40 inches high. i don't think i have ever seen a car in my life with a lower roof line to the ground than that 917.

Loved it ever since I saw the concept offered for sale on eBay. Great looking car but from what I see, they are not producing it and just offering the option to cut off the top for $38K. Still not a bad idea. I can not wait to see on in person.
