I need to jack up my door as it is touching the side sill and on top ( the weatherstripping) near the inside handle. I need the size of the 2? screws? Is there a few for the cover too? If so what size are those? same size? 13 or 13 and a half? thanks.

There are 4 screws for the attachment of the hinge to the door hinge pillar. I think they are 15mm wrench size. I think. The hinge cover is like 8mm or 5/16" or so.

But I am confused a bit here on your adjustment you say you need. If you lift the door to get it off the sill, won't that force it further toward the weather stripping near the handle? Like the right direction to solve one problem, but the wrong direction to solve the other?

exactly Dave....no idea. My other viper it sagged and could not close. I have a hard time opening this one more than closing yet it still is dropped to the sill.

When I did my '01 GTS on the passenger side I had a little problem after the lift adjustment of the window catching the weatherstripping when the door was being closed, near the A-pillar/windshield. I actually moved the door back then, about the width of the pencil line I had drawn around the hinge. That was tricky to do, but I basically "walked" it using the upper and lower screws to do this.
