I Have a 2001 GTS without the forged pistons, I eventually would like to supercharge it, but realize its not really worth it with a 5psi pully. I have contemplated swapping motors for one with forged pistons, but that is very costly as well. If i installed aftermarket forged pistons is it possible to remove the heads and oil pan to do this or would it require removing the engine?
Any idea what it would cost? Appreciate any advice, I am a Viper newbee.

You could do it without pulling the motor, but if I were you I'd pull it. Also, remember to have the rotating assembly balanced, since the new pistons will likely not weigh the same as the cast ones.
