now I have installed my RT-cats, but between the RT-pipe and the corsa pipe, it is not really tight. Exhaust gases come out, but only a little bit. Same problem with the OEM cats. Is this problem known?

The clamp is most likely not tight enough as the band clamps do not tighten up lie old fashion muffler clamps do. You could use some muffler joint sealer on the pipe but your best bet is to weld the Corsa to the RT Cat once you have made all your adjustments and are sure the tips are centered once the car is hot.

The same spot on mine started leaking after 12 months . The installer did a spot weld just this week at no charge.

The truth is that Corsa never mentions welding their systems. It is not in their directions. They need to provide the old style clamps with their system and the slipping problem will be eliminated.
