Fan high speed

I know that when the A/C is turned on the fan should come on at high speed. Mine use to, but don't any more. What do I need to look for or check.

The fan never comes on or the A/C is not working?

A/C works but fan never comes on. Fan only comes on low speed when temp gets to 207.

OK, then the high speed fan circuit is not working? It may be one of the following: High speed fan relay, temp sensor, PCM or wiring?
