Yesterday I visited my local Dodge dealer and placed my RED SRT-10 order. As with many VCA members, I am not sure if I will go through with the deal until I see an actual car and know the pricing, sooooooo..... I figure that I have extended my decision period through the summer and will have the flexibility to buy the car or back out and the the dealer will have the potential of getting a 2003 car that he might actually make some money with. WIN - WIN situation.
A 3rd option depending on the situation with car demand, I could buy the car with the intention of reselling it.... believe it or not, this was suggested by the dealership owner.
Currently, I think there is less than a 10% chance that I will keep the car for myself.
