I just put in a new Fluidyne radiator on my 96 GTS. The fan doesnt clear the front sway bar. Anyone have a solution? Or do I just need to go out and buy a 99 fan?

Just did the same with my 97 GTS that sees the track very regularly. My car runs cooler and that's piece of mind. Spend the extra $100 and get the updated fan. You and your car won't regret it.

I had the same problem. I added the new fan, and ended up putting in some cone filters. I recently decided I wanted the air box back, so I found this page that describes using another type of low profile fan. Got the parts and it works great!!! It's much more efficient than the old or new fan modules. You have to create some plug adapters, but it's not that bad.
