head gasket spec

Can any one tell me please if there is an uprated head gasket? Is the OE gasket the same as the 'triple-plate' type used on the GTSR's?

92-96 Head Gasket is a one piece, Part# 5245157BA msrp US$102.00.
97-98 H/Gasket[I'm not sure how many layers?] Part# 5013101AA msrp US$300.00? Maybe someone else knows more about this gasket[5013101AA]?
99-01[and can also be used on 96] is a two layer steel. "I have replaced this one", Part# 4763749 msrp US$79.45.
How about some of the Racers out here, can you tell us if Part# 4763749 is what you use?
