HELP - Wheel problem

My rims on my 94 are losing the clear, I want to remove the paint and polish. Does anyone have any suggestions? I really do not want to invest in chrome at this time because I really want some aftermarkets at a later date.

Send it out to a wheel repair shop like Wheels America. They can strip the clear and polish it up for you.
