How are the \"Complete Hydraulic\" lifts group purchase working out?

I am again considering the "Complete Hydraulic" SL10000BP two post lift. I missed the recent group purchase. The comments about possible sticking relays, scared me off. "Complete Hydraulic" personell assure me they have correct the failure to stop problem.

I like the symetric/asymetric feature of the SL10000BP. For you guys that bought CE lifts, how are they working out? Do they stop/start reliably on command? Has anyone lifted a 1997-2006 Corvette on a SL10000BP? If so, how well does it fit?

That's a cheap price. Don't take this post as an anti-Complete Hydraulic post because it is not meant to be that way.

My two post is a Challenger. Same as in many commercial/daily use applications. The one you are looking at may be great too. This is not something to skip on just to save money.

IMO, the quality of a two post is MUCH more important than a four post lift so be sure to check them out closely. When I put my quad cab diesel dually up in the air there is quite a bit of weight and stability is very important.

My 2000 Ford Excursion 4x4 diesel, weighs 8000 #'s wet. I figure a 10,000 # lift ought to hold it. With my 9'3" cieling, the Excursion will only go about 3' high. The Corvette, Trans Am, Thunderbird SC and Lincoln Mark VII LSC, I can get my 5'6' body under.

Any other "Complete Hydraulic" owners out there?

I love mine and it is very well built. Very stable and has come in handy for doing my clutch(many times ). Go for it

I had my lifts for over a year with no problems. 2 tannie swaps, clutch job, cooling mods. But no problem with the lifts.

Thank you all for your replies. I hope to be ordering the SL10000BP, next week. Kinda scary ordering a big ticket tool with out seeing it. Hope my chery-picker will get it off the truck! I guess i could send it to the frieght depot, if I can't unload it. Thanks.
