K&N's are not exactley a "modification" par se'.....
A set of headers will really only change the sound...
NOS would just look really cool....

Congrats on the new BumbleBee. Did you just receive it? If so that was number two of two he had- I just got mine on Sunday! Not too many left in the country I'm guessing. When I did a dealer search 2 weeks ago there wasn't a single striped GTS in the whole Western Region!

VIPRGTS,
The new car smell is still messing with your brain. Give it time to wear off or for your brain to adapt to it. Then you will regain composure and have your priorities in line again. Go to your next VCA meeting and look at all the modded vipers. Then, call JonB, Sean Roe, TNT, BTR,...

Re: I\'m So Happy I\'m BoneStock

There are some nice desolate stretches of road around Reno. Enjoy the uncongested driving; something I don't get much of in the San Jose area.

I'm at Donner Lake every so often; hopefully we'll cross paths when I make a run to Reno.

Re: I\'m So Happy I\'m BoneStock

Many on the viper board said the same thing about me when I mentioned being done with my modifying career.

It's been a year now, and I haven't even tinted the back glass. I absolutely LOVE being bone stock.

There will ALWAYS be a faster car, but this car I'm driving is THE #1 American sports car of the 20th century just the way it was, and I'm keeping it that way.

Cheers,

Re: I\'m So Happy I\'m BoneStock

filters, smooth tubes, headers, and an exhaust arent really mods..they help the car breathe better which will increase reliability and longevity of the motor.. its really just preventive maintenence...

Eddie, you forgot Stage II heads for better breathing.
