Interesting \'spirited\' driving observation.....
During times without traffic (to be read as speeding safely) out here I have noticed that throughout So. Cal. the yellow suggested speed signs (like on ramps and off ramps have) seem to be a coded message for Vipers. The first # is the gear selection and the second is for either on or off the gas. i.e. - an on-ramp out here that has a fairly tight turn shows 35 mph on the yellow sign. I noticed that I am safe and secure feeling in 3rd gear lightly on the gas on that ramp. Tried another, 40 said the yellow sign, it was a nice 'spirited' pace through the turn in 4th off the gas. So far I have yet to find one, that when the time is right and there is no traffic, that this Viper speed code does not work.
I know...... get a job.
