Howdy Houston VCA members!

Our next scheduled event i an indoor karting experience at K1 Speed located in the 290 and West Little York area. The address is 14900 Northwest Freeway, Houston, 77040 and the phone number is 281-674-8012.

Time: 10 a.m. to noon and lunch somewhere nearby afterwards

This will be an "Arrive and Drive" event so we'll be sharing the track with others. The standard 14 lap adult race package is $19.99 or there's a 3 race package for $50. We don't know how long a race is so can't estimate how long to get 3 races in since we're sharing with other folks.

This is not a dedicated track rental since private party rentals are pretty pricy.

Btw, the karts are 20 hp electric so we don't have to worry about choking on fumes

Also, the annual event planning meeting has been scheduled for tomorrow afternoon at 1:30 at Dave & Buster's on Katy Freeway at Silber and we encourage you to attend and help us plan the 2013 club events.
