knock arm bearings

Does any one know the cost of these items.
A rear right arm knocking bearing and front left arm knock bearing.
Also what is an average/high price for a frame rail repair (not sure how much it is off by, just want a rough estimate). So A-hole cut me off and rear left hit on curb then left front hit another curb. Thats just the visible damage right now. If its to much, Ill let insurance take care of it but still would like a guestimate.

arm knock bearing, its on the sheet from the tech. I was confused by that myself, so i assume wheel bearing. Right rear hit curb then front left hit curb

I bet "knock" is an abbreviation for knuckle. Wheel bearings are about $230 apiece.
