Anyone out there have xgtz tires on their Gen II? How are they? Are they close enough that you can replace the rear with xgtz tires and keep the pilots on the front without performance issues?

Thanks in advance for your feedback!!

Leave the XGTZ's to the ones that want to restore their Gen 1....
Do not mix....

Not to mention that their performance is worse than runcraps. I agree with Frank that those particular tires only look good on gen1 that sit in the garage without driving. Different tires should never be mixed on any car as they unbalance the performance and handling. May get you'fault' if in an accident.

Don't do it. What size do you need? I am guessing 17 inch because I don't believe the XGTZ cam in 18. If you need 18, I have a set of rear Pilot sports in my garage that are still in pretty good shape.

Make sure you check out the mfg date if you decide to use XGTZ. Anything over 4-5 years old are best legt for show and not driving.
