Has anyone had problems with condensation in the headlights, and if so what did DC do about it. Please respond. Thanks Andy

Happened to me after high pressure washing. It dried out overnight and everything was back to normal. Now I use low pressure on headlights, taillights, and rear glass. no more problems so no DC.

A friend from our area had the same issue and posted a few months back, not sure of the fix but you might check the post.

Same problem for me a few months ago while on a trip to Dallas. I had taken my Viper to Dallas Dodge for the cam bolt recall. When I arrived, both head lamps had moisture. After less than one hour, both head lights were clear and I have not had any problems since.

Same thing happens to me often enough when I wash my Viper. The condensation covers the bottom inch and a half or so of both lights. Since it occurs to the same extent in both lights (suggesting perhaps that this is normal) and goes away pretty quickly, I don't worry about it.

have had it also, moisture only occurs when the headlamps have been on for a period of time. Yea both of mine. I had the dealer replace both sides and now only 1 has the problem!! Contacted Woodhouse and they spoke with the "hot line from DC" and I was told to replace the defective one again as there has not been any vendor changes or upgrades for the headlamp assy (i have an 03). Kinda annoying and havent had it replace again.
