Need 1.7 Roller Rockers info for Gen I

I just found someone looking to part with some roller rockers for the Viper, mopar P/N P5007049. Unfortunately, it looks like these roller rockers WILL NOT fit my '96 RT/10! Can anyone describe the difference in the heads between the '96 RT/10 and the later RT/10s, as well as the '96+ GTS? How do I determine if the roller rockers that I look to buy will actually work for the '96 RT/10 model? Thanks in advance for any knowledge you may impart.

Yes, they WILL fit your '96 RT/10.

The only difference between those from Mopar and direct from T&D... they are anodized blue.

Once again, they will work on your car

Doug, thanks for clearing this up for me. The Mopar web site specifically excluded pre-97 RT/10s, so I thought there was some reason for the exclusion. If you're certain then I'll go ahead and get these. Thanks.

Your welcome. I crossed referenced the Mopar part number and it comes back to the standard T&D rollers we put on all of our cars. I went another step further and contacted T&D to make certain I was correct -- They confirmed this to be true.
