Sunday October 29th we are doing a Fall Foliage Cruise to Woodsotck and Hunter Mountain areas. This would be a great opportunity for all of us to meet again
Here are the details,
Sunday Oct 29th
LONG ISLAND VIPERS: 8 AM. will meet you off the Cross Island pkwy at the rest area where the dock is before you get on the Throngs Neck Bridge. Same spot we met when we drove up to Chuck Tators BBQ. Its located between L.I.E (495) and Throngs Neck Bridge.
NEW YORK CITY & NJ Vipers: 8AM on 34st Street and 1st Ave.
We then head North on 87 (NYS Thruway) for about 20 milies to the next Rest Area which is SLOATSBURG after exit 15A on NYS Thruway or 87 for 9:30AM. That Rest Stop is great for anyone coming from the Garden State PKWY, PALISADES PKWY or the TACONIC PKWY's.
Upstate NY viper Meeting spot and caravan FINAL meeting spot is exit 20 on 87 or the NYS Thruway at 10:30AM. If you coming from North make a right turn on RT 32. Sunoco gas station on right.
If you are coming from the South make a left and again you'll see the Sunoco gas station.
From there we head into the back roads of Woodstock and then into Hunter for lunch .
Hope to see you all there. This is a club event so come on out and play before you store it for the winter. Two years ago we had a turn out of about 20+ vipers. Keep a look out on the National and Regional calendar and VCA Thread for updates.
