Do you need that cooling capacity cooler?

I'm not sure if need that capacity. Looking at ways to keep temps lower. IMO- the PWR upgrade would be the best upgrade for cooling (https://www.pwrna.com/product/perfo...-1996-2002-w-dual-spal-12-inch-brushless-fans)
But that's 3k vs $700. Just looking at more affordable options to make improvements.

Oil temperatures need to be at a certain level. Colder is not better.

Have you measured snd logged oil temperature coming out of the engine and coming out of the cooler currently?

Doubt that it is needed. These cars have a pretty massive oil cooler from the factory. Maybe take the system apart and have it flushed by a radiator shop? Unless you want oil cooling while sitting still, the fans will likely impede airflow. The oil cooler sits in front of the stock radiator so it's already getting priority airflow and air is being evacuated by the radiator fan.
